Can we use it briefly in open air?

Only after cool-down and not during peak sun. For events, shaded use is required.

What are the rental rates?

The daily rate is $350, and the weekly rate is $475.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes—dock-to-dock standard. Inside delivery, setup/strike, and after-hours services are available for an additional charge.

Can you service union venues?

Yes. We are not a union labor company; any venue-mandated union fees are the client’s responsibility.

What lead time do you prefer?

We prefer 48–72 hours. Rush orders are often possible depending on availability and schedule.

What is the weight capacity and placement guidance?

Use within the stated weight limit and place on level, dry surfaces. Use floor protection where required.

How should we clean or care for the finish?

Use a soft cloth only. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.

Is it okay in rain or wet conditions?

Keep under cover. Do not use in standing water or during heavy wind/rain exposure.

Can we place it on grass or turf?

Yes, but use floor protection or boards on soft/uneven ground.

What about ADA and aisle clearance?

Maintain compliant clearances (e.g., 36 inches for aisles) as required by the venue.

What if there’s damage or loss?

Items are the client’s responsibility during the rental; damages and losses are billable.

How do we report an issue?

Report in writing with photos immediately upon delivery or discovery so we can resolve quickly.

Do you offer setup and strike?

Yes—available on request. Fees vary by scope, access, and timing.

Do you offer after-hours windows?

Yes—late-night or early-morning windows are available for an additional charge.

Is will-call pickup available?

Will-call may be available for suitable items. Bring a covered vehicle and proper tie-downs.

What are your hold, deposit, and cancellation terms?
